TINYBLUECHILDREN, whose 5 track demo mines the sort of folky-pop territory occupied by Travis and early REM while supplying an undercurrent of muscle that's earned references to Pearl Jam.
The opening acoustic strummed yearning vocal ballad Blind is the set's stand-out but the piano based aching understated emo rock of Love & Laughter, Be Your Life's chiming cascades and Gareth Jones' rich plangent warble on Sleep For The Nervous run it close. Only the somewhat formless rock churner Hiding Son let's the side down, but even that is rescued by his distinctive voice.
